Pacoima Beautiful is offering a free summer program for youth 12-15 years old. This summer,we will be hosting a Summer Institute where students will learn about the environment,learn the A-G requirements for college,take field trips to universities,and learn organizing skills. The Summer Institute focus is to create youth environmentalists that will become the next community leaders. The institute will start July 5th and end on July 31st. Students will meet Monday through Friday from 9am-2pm,and lunch will be provided everyday.

Osbaldo recently represented PB and our work with youth on a panel at Kaiser’s screening of their HBO series,“Weight of a Nation”at the Valley Performing Arts Center.
