The Pacoima Beautiful Community Organizer will be responsible for conducting educational outreach and recruitment, developing liaisons with grassroots leaders and allies, representing the organization in coalition spaces, advancing leadership and membership development, and leading grassroots environmental justice and civic engagement campaigns.
