Ashley Polidore

Ashley grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio, where her connection to community-based organizations began at an early age. Her family participated in a neighborhood youth ministry that provided everything from weekly programs to summer camps and biking trips. What Ashley knew then as a fun and supportive place to belong, she later came to understand as something much bigger: the lasting impact that community organizations can have on children and families. By high school, she had become a student leader in the same youth ministry that had poured so much into her. Ashley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Northern Kentucky University, with minors in Business Administration and Spanish. She moved to Los Angeles to attend UCLA, where she earned a Master’s Degree in Education with a focus on College Student Development and Administration - Go Bruins!

Her professional background spans education, entertainment, and human resources. She began her career supporting students and developing community programs at UCLA before going on to work in education and the entertainment industry, including several years at Warner Bros. Her career eventually led her to human resources, where she found an opportunity to combine her strengths in developing people, building thoughtful systems, and creating environments where people feel supported and valued. Ashley has been involved in nonprofit and community-based work in the San Fernando Valley since 2014, serving in roles ranging from youth programming to community and volunteer leadership. She has called Santa Clarita home for the past five years, where she lives with her husband and two daughters.
