Quyen Vo-Ramirez is a seasoned executive leader with over 27 years of experience in organizational management, strategic operations, and complex project delivery across domestic and international settings. As Deputy Director, she serves as a trusted strategic partner to the Executive Director, advancing a unified vision and guiding the execution of long-term organizational priorities.
She provides executive oversight of core administrative and programmatic functions, including Human Resources, Finance and Accounting, Communications, Information Technology, and Facilities. Quyen plays a critical role in strengthening organizational infrastructure, establishing effective systems and policies, and ensuring operational excellence and financial sustainability.
Quyen brings deep expertise in leading large-scale, multi-phase, and multi-jurisdictional initiatives, with a track record of successfully integrating innovative technologies to enhance performance and extend project lifecycle outcomes. Known for her collaborative leadership style, she builds and sustains strong partnerships with community stakeholders, public agencies, and corporate partners to advance shared goals.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Quyen has dedicated 31 years to community service in influential leadership roles through appointments by elected representatives. Her commitment to civic engagement and community impact continues to inform her leadership approach and organizational contributions.
Quyen is a dedicated advocate for families, youth empowerment, and community development. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts, Art History, and Biology from Occidental College, as well as a Master’s in Landscape Architecture from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. She resides in the San Fernando Valley with her family.
